super excited about our plans this year.
alan and i are going to new york to spend the evening parting with amanda palmer and the danger ensemble!!! well, we will be at the pre party before they play at the bowery room. and we are also going to see the show. i can't tell you how freaking fantastic that is!!!!!
now is the freak out about what to wear, i have no idea and it is less than two weeks away. my god!
alan has a crazy crush on amanda, it will be cute to see him interact with her. most women would be upset at this, not i. everyone has their rock crush. even little old me.

My advice to my previous self would be to believe in yourself, and give yourself more credit. Forgive yourself for the past and forgive others for theirs (life is to bloody short!). Insecurity slows you down while you wait for reassurance. Also, accept help when it is offered. I've lugged many a heavy box around because of my stubborn independence. And my advice to anyone else: you know if you're supposed to do this, you dream about it while you're awake and asleep.... just DO IT."
